Bet Service Group Gaming License Cancelled

It has been notified by The Malta Gaming Authority that the Bet Service Group Ltd. gaming license MGA/B2C/344/2016, has been cancelled as of 18 February, 2019.

The Group has therefore, been directed to proceed with the cancellation process and to suspend all gaming operations immediately. Additionally, a notice needs to be displayed on the Authorised Person’s website to inform players that Authorisation has been cancelled.

The Authority has also hereby notified that any websites being operated by the Bet Service Group or associated with them, and also which make reference to the Authority or the above-quoted license is not allowed to be operational. Hence, after the cancellation of this license the Bet Service Group is not authorised to continue conducting games by a means of distance communications under an Authority license.

Players who have outstanding payments due on this license have to submit the following information by sending an email to

  • Name and Surname
  • Registered Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Copy of Passport or ID Card
  • Telephone Number
  • Description of Product i.e. casino or sportsbook
  • User Name
  • Screenshot of Balance or any pending Cash Outs (if not available an estimated balance is to be submitted

No further information shall be released as this stage by the Authority in order to ensure investigations are not compromised.
