Play’n GO, one of the leading suppliers of gambling software globally has now managed to get PAGCOR’s (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) authorisation. This accreditation from PAGCOR is a significant achievement for Play’n Go as it will establish their brand as the preferred supplier in the multi-billion dollar gaming and gambling industry in the Philippines.
PAGCOR is known for being super-strict when it comes to validating a supplier in the gaming and gambling industry. However, PAGCOR’S authorisation is also highly regarded across the industry. The primary objective of Pagcor is “to attain and enforce a regulatory framework that preserves the integrity and propels the development of the gaming industry” in the Philippines. It is also the the Philippines’ largest contributor of revenue to the government after the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Bureau of Customs.
CEO of Play’n GO,, Johan Törnqvist, was happy with the new achievement and he is looking forward to growing the business in the Philippines with this new authorisation from PAGCOR.
Talking about the “authorisation”, he said, “We have a strong presence in regulated markets, and that continues to grow as we expand in both size and standing in the industry. This authorisation opens up a wealth of new opportunities for us in the region and fits perfectly with the strategy that we plan to implement in the coming future.”
Play’n Go was established 14 years ago in 2005 and has since then developed to become one of the leading suppliers of software for slot gaming in the casino gambling industry.
