BetBuddy is Playtech’s solution integrated into the Playtech IMS player management platform and it allows users to access player risk insights, set up targeted interactions via the real-time Engagement 360 tools, as well as incentivize safer gambling through gamification and tailored customer journeys.

Ontario Lottery & Gaming (OLG) is the only company permitted to offer lottery services in Ontario Canada. However, it may not remain the gambling monopoly in the region as the Government has already revealed its plans to legalize single-event sports betting in the Canadian province.
Earlier in June, Playtech also expanded its partnership with UK Gambling giant GVC Holdings. Following the deal, now Playtech’s entire suite of games features across GVC’s brands in multiple markets including the UK, Spain, Italy, and Georgia.
