EveryMatrix Responds To UK Gambling Commission’s Decision To Put Its License Under Review

After the UK Gambling Commission suspended and put the B2C license of EveryMatrix under review, the gaming technology services provider has released a statement responding to the gambling watchdog’s decision to launch an investigation into the company’s B2C operations.

The company in its statement has said that they are confident that the Gambling Commission will revoke the suspension order soon.

EveryMatrix is prohibited from providing its services to its UK B2C partners including Bookee, PWRbet, Fantasino, PlayFrank, SportingIndex.com, WestCasino.com, Dragonara Online, Jetbull and MrWin.com.

The gaming technology services provider said that it is fully cooperating with the regulator in the ongoing investigations.

“EveryMatrix sees this license review as an opportunity to further strengthen its compliance processes and procedures,” the company said in a statement released on Friday.

“The company is taking the UKGC’s concerns extremely seriously and has already taken swift and effective actions to address the Gambling Commission’s concerns sufficiently.”

Earlier the Gambling Commission published on its official website that it has initiated a review under Section 116 of the Gambling Act of 2005 into EveryMatrix Software Limited.

The Gambling Commission also said that investigation was launched after “compliance activity which included examining [EveryMatrix’s] customer interaction framework.”

Recently, the UK Gambling Commission also instigated a review of FSB Tech’s license. FSB Tech is the gaming technology partner of 1xBet which was pulled off from the UK market last month.
