Hard Rock’s Unique Guitar-shaped Hotel To Welcome Guests From Today

The much-awaited guitar-shaped hotel which is a part of Hard Rock’s $1.5 billion expansion at the Seminole tribe’s land in Hollywood is all set to welcome guests from today.

The 450 feet (137 meters) tall structure is claimed to be the first guitar-shaped building and is expected to draw tourists on the tribal land.

The hotel has over 600 rooms and at night, beams of light will mimic the strings of the guitar. The $1.5 billion project also has a refurbished venue for concerts and other events, starting with Maroon 5 on Friday.

After the successful completion of the $1.5 billion expansion project, in a recent interview with Bloomberg, Hard Rock CEO, Jim Allen said that the next possibility could be of a casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
“Certainly on the Strip is one of the possibilities,” Chief Executive Officer Jim Allen said in an interview Monday with Bloomberg Radio’s Carol Massar and Jason Kelly.

Hinting at making their presence marked on the famous Las Vegas Strip, Mr. Allen said that it would be a great opportunity for the company.

Hard Rock is also vying for a casino license in Greece. The company envisions creating a must-see destination that will help draw from the over 120m annual guests across 74 countries, driving year-round tourism and being an economic driver for Greece.
