Greek gaming content supplier Intralot has extended its contract with New Hampshire Lottery Commission. The company supplies integrated gambling, game content, sports betting, and other integrated gambling services.
Intralot group deputy CEO, Nikos Nikolakopoulos said: “INTRALOT has delivered innovative lottery products and solutions to the New Hampshire Lottery Commission since it became a valued customer of ours in 2010. The newly introduced sports betting offering to the State gives us the opportunity to deploy our next-generation solutions and in-field expertise ensuring an unparalleled player experience for its citizens.”
CEO, Byron Boothe added: “Through this contract amendment to provide our leading sports betting technology, we will power the New Hampshire Lottery and will expand its well-established operation with new and exciting entertainment options while attracting a new demographic of players.
We look forward to continuing working together with the Lottery to maximize sales growth and ensure increased returns in a socially responsible way for the State and its citizens.”
Earlier in the year in July, New Hampshire became the second New England state to legalize sports betting. The state had already authorized retail and mobile betting the previous year.
The new sports betting law allow betting on all sporting events, including professional sports and also college-level tournaments. However, betting on games involving New Hampshire schools is prohibited.
It is expected that the newly regulated sports betting industry will bring in $7.5 million toward the state’s education trust in the fiscal year 2021 and $13.5 million in 2023.
