Gaming software developer and online casino content supplier, Evolution Gaming has inked a strategic deal with Parx Casino to expand its footprints in the US online gaming industry.
The casino content supplier has been chosen by Parx Casino to launch online Live Dealer Casino services in two US states. Following the deal, customers at Parx Casino will now be able to access online streamed live dealer table games from Evolution’s existing New Jersey studio and Evolution’s planned Pennsylvania studio.
The casino operator has also said that with the launch, players in the two states will have seamless access to live traditional casino favorites such as Roulette, Blackjack and poker variants, both on the desktop and mobile devices.
Greenwood Racing Inc. owns and operates Parx Casino and it also happens to be amongst the top revenue-generating gambling facilities in terms of revenue in Pennsylvania. The casino hosts 150,000 square feet of gaming floor and features 132 live table games.
Commenting on the deal with Evolution Gaming, Matthew Cullen, Senior Vice President of iGaming & Sports at Parx Casino, said:
“Parx was the first Pennsylvania casino to offer RNG Blackjack games online, so extending our online offering to include world-leading Live Casino from Evolution is a natural next step. Our online Blackjack player base, in particular, will love Evolution’s Live Blackjack offering, which includes Infinite Blackjack, with no limit on the number of seats available at the table, as well as several other Blackjack variants.”
Sebastian Johannisson, Chief Commercial Officer at Evolution, said:
“We are delighted to be working with Parx and look forward very much to delivering their online Live Casino service. With table games subject to lower tax, our Live Casino is a very attractive proposition for operators too, as well as its wide appeal to players – both familiar with online and those having played in the bricks and mortar casino – offering a very important and significant contribution to operator revenues.”
Last year in November, Evolution had also secured necessary permission from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) to make changes to its gaming studio.
Following the approval, Evolution Gaming is working on its plans to expand its live casino studio from 2,223-square-feet to 5,386-square-feet. It also has plans to add 24 blackjack tables, one Money Wheel table, and one Side Bet City table.
