Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino Hotel Gets Systems Overhaul

The Wind Creek Bethlehem, previously named Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, has completed an overhaul of its casino gaming and management systems following a deal being struck with Scientific Games Corporation.

The casino hotel, which is located in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, is owned and operated by a gambling entity of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians; a federally recognized tribe of Native Americans in Alabama.

The establishment features over three thousand slot machines and more than 170 gaming tables, which will now all be maintained and managed by bespoke products from Scientific Games Systems.

Scientific Games Systems products utilise advanced sophisticated technology to monitor gambling activity within the casino along with player management and tracking.

Chief Information Officer at Wind Creek Hospitality since 2017 John Enriquez commented on the overhaul:

“Scientific Games suite of casino management products is unparalleled in the industry. Their ability to customize and integrate their system with Wind Creek’s proprietary player loyalty system was integral in tying together our growing portfolio of Wind Creek properties, creating an enhanced customer experience for all our valued customers.”

The company’s iVIEW4 product is a revolutionary multi-touch gaming interface that integrates cardless payments and can be updated with dynamic content feeds and animations from the casino organisation.

Executive Vice President of Scientific Games since 2018 Derik Mooberry spoke highly of Wind Creek Bethlehem:

“We are thrilled to add Wind Creek Bethlehem to our continued partnership with Wind Creek Hospitality, providing them with our industry-leading casino management solutions, including the award-winning iVIEW 4 which will open up a whole spectrum of player engagement for the property, including dynamic marketing and enhanced customer service and employee operations, creating a best-in-class experience for their players.”

Rave reviews for a world class computer system? Who cares about the players?
New owners (post Sands) have SLASHED bonuses and shopping comp dollars. The difference is night and day, black and white. Talk to customers on the floor, unanimous in their antipathy to the new spendthrifts. Too, management seems to be cleaning house of Sands employees. Bartenders, cooks, cleaning staff and others are being let go under bogus reasons. Hey guys you are not supposed to burn everything down when you take over. But then, maybe you are this tight with your customers down South. I plan to join many others in a mass exodus to casinos that still respect and reward our patronage.
