The casino hotel currently has over three hundred hotel rooms and is home to one of the largest casino establishments in the state of California.
Renovations to the casino have been long anticipated by many staff and patrons as the year long first phase project draws to a close, with modern new decor, stylish additions and dining facilities.
Morongo Casino Resort & Spa chief operating officer since 2019 Richard St. Jean commented on the organisations ambition to go above and beyond:

As the first phase is undergoing its final finishing touches, the firm is looking to completely renovate all of its hotel rooms as the next phase with improvements said to be to furnishings and decor.
The next phase of the renovation project is planned to be completed by around July to August 2020.
Richard St. Jean commented further on the developments of the next phase and what people can expect in the second half of this year:
