The sale was announced previously between a subsidiary of Affinity Gaming and the Rhode Island gaming company Twin River Worldwide Holdings and has today completed in a deal reportedly in the region of 45 million Euro.
Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Gaming since 2019 Mary Beth Higgins commented on the sale and the company’s vision for the future:
“We are pleased to complete the sale of these three casino properties as we sharpen our focus on Affinity’s other key markets in Nevada and the Midwest”.
Higgins expanded on Affinity Gaming’s commitment to the industry and long term plans:
“We remain committed to driving sustainable, long-term growth, while further enhancing Affinity as a local casino leader by continually improving the customer and guest experience at our properties”.
Affinity Gaming was founded in 1987 and has since provided gaming services and casino facilities from its headquarters in Paradise, Nevada.
The casino and gaming establishments that the company has completed the sale to Twin River are; Mardi Gras Casino, Golden Gates Casino, Golden Gulch Casino.
