It has been announced today that a loyalty marketing services firm; Alliance Data, a publicly traded provider of loyalty and marketing services, has struck a long-term renewal deal with American casino corporation Caesars Entertainment.
Alliance Data currently specialises in private label credit cards, coalition loyalty programs and direct marketing.
The deal follows an agreement last year between the two firms, which saw a rebrand of the Caesars Rewards Visa co-brand credit card to align with the Caesars Rewards loyalty program.
Senior vice president and chief client officer of Alliance Data’s card services business Deb Decker commented on the deal and what it means for the future:
“We are excited to continue our partnership with Caesars as we enhance the customer experience and drive further loyalty for the brand. We look forward to expanding our innovative offerings alongside Caesars and providing guests with all of the valuable benefits that come with being a loyal Caesars Rewards Visa card member.”
Alliance Data and Caesars Entertainment are continuing to provide solutions to enhance card member engagement and patrons can use their Caesars Rewards Visa card immediately upon visiting a Caesars resort.
