USA – It has been announced today that American gaming hotel and casino corporation; Caesars Entertainment, has broke ground on a new luxury hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Scottsdale, Arizona, a city in the eastern part of Maricopa County, Arizona, is the location for the new establishment, which is being developed by real estate firm HCW Development.
HCW Development is a real estate property development and management company that has developed over one and a half billion dollars in real estate.
The hotel will be located at Scottsdale Fashion Square, an upscale, super-regional luxury shopping mall located in the downtown area of Scottsdale, Arizona.
Chief Executive Officer and President of HCW Richard Huffman commented on the announcement:
“We are thrilled to be breaking ground for the highly anticipated Caesars Republic Scottsdale. Upon its opening in Fall 2021, the hotel will offer a dynamic destination experience to both locals and visitors travelling from afar.” He added, “Caesars Republic Scottsdale will be a new kind of lifestyle hotel experience.”
The venue from Caesars Entertainment Corporation, the fourth-largest gaming company in the world, will be the first of its kind for the gaming and hospitality company as an exclusively non-gaming hotel.
Chris Holdren, Caesars Entertainment Chief Marketing Officer said:
“Our partnership with HCW to create a world-class hotel and dining experience in one of the nation’s most desirable communities is very exciting.”
Giada De Laurentiis, an Italian-American chef, writer, and television personality, is reportedly opening two brand new restaurants at the new Caesars Republic Scottsdale and commented on the excitement surrounding the project:
“I’m excited to bring my brand to Scottsdale with the opening of an all-new restaurant concept, Luna by Giada, as well as my fast-casual eatery, Pronto. I’m looking forward to combining my food and atmosphere with the unique flair of Scottsdale and the southwest. My restaurants are a reflection of me, my family and my home, and I can’t wait to share that with guests and locals.”
