England – An iGaming web server firm and provider of Internet access and hosting services based in England has today issued a statement of assurance amid coronavirus uncertainty.
The firm, established in 1999, has spoke out about the challenging times for the entire country and that they are constantly monitoring the situation that is changing on a daily basis.
Gambling establishments in England, Europe and other parts of the world have been rocked as one of the hardest hit industries in existence and although some individuals feel that online services will remain unaffected, servers and service centres are physical premises that require a certain level of staff monitoring and intervention.
In light of this, the web server firm’s chief executive officer has said that measures are being implemented to ensure services continue to meet customers’ needs.
In an attempt to reassure customers, the firm has said:
“We know that our infrastructure provides critical services to our customers, and that communication and collaboration is crucial at this time. Please rest assured that our data centres will continue to operate as normal, and our critical engineers will remain on hand to carry out key tasks as needed.”
The company’s CEO also spoke about the importance of balancing support of its employees with support of its customers:
“The nature of our business means our services can continue as normal with the vast majority of staff working remotely, and we’ve supported this shift by adapting our ways of working. As I mentioned, our key data centre staff will remain on site, where we’ve made sure to implement social distancing and stopped all physical interaction in line with the latest health advice. We’ve also introduced even more intensive cleaning procedures throughout our offices to create the safest possible environment for our remaining staff. In these uncertain times, we’re totally committed to providing a reliable service for you and your business, and supporting our community any way possible. We’re doing everything we can to minimise the impact on your websites, email, servers and other services, and we’ll continue to prioritise our customers and employees as the situation develops.”
In the United Kingdom, there are a number of leading iGaming companies who will also be closely monitoring the situation surrounding coronavirus. These include: William Hill, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power, Betfair, Bet365, Betfred and 888 among others.
