For this reason, combined with the suspension/cancellation of the majority of professional sports matches, we regret to inform you that our sportsbook will be closed until at least April 15. During this time, no new games will be posted for wagering.
Customer support will also be limited during this time, but we will strive to respond to any support requests within 24 hours.
Futures wagers on NBA and NHL remain valid, and we will not be refunding any of these wagers. Wagers on MLB regular season wins are pending until the league restarts games, and will not be refunded. Masters golf tournament is postponed, and all wagers on this event will be refunded. Wagers on soccer futures are currently under evaluation, and we will notify you of the outcome when it is available.
We thank you for your patience during this difficult time.’
