Malta Based MT SecureTrade Casino Dunder Signs Deal With Gaming FT CRM

A Malta based online casino operated by MT SecureTrade; Dunder, has today announced that it has signed a new partnership deal with gaming CRM firm Fast Track.

Reportedly, the deal will see the online casino with more than 1600 games, implement the CRM product from Fast Track by the name of FT CRM. A product that is specifically designed for iGaming, with a focus on achieving true efficiency in every part of the work process that can achieve four to five times more output per resource.

Fast Track’s chief executive officer Simon Lidzén commented on the deal:

It’s wonderful to see what these operators can achieve with the platform and we get valuable feedback on potential future developments. We anticipate that Dunder will be producing truly innovative player engagements once we are live.”

The system is designed to target players in real-time and can provide tailored promotions and communications during the life-cycle of the player’s activity.

The CRM’s data models allows organisations to shift focus from historic to potential future behaviour, and target players at the right moment.
