It has been announced today that Gulfstream Park Casino and Racetrack in Florida has selected the leading casino management system SYNKROS by Konami Gaming to replace its previous system.
Gulfstream Park is one of the largest betting and gaming venues in the region and brings together a blend of thoroughbred horse racing with over seven-hundred slot machines and live poker tables.
Dana Leibovitz of Gulfstream Park & Casino commented on the news:
“We selected Konami Gaming to replace our previous system, due to SYNKROS’ demonstrated extremely high reliability and Konami’s reputation of customer support and responsiveness. In addition, SYNKROS’ unmatched marketing and data analytics capabilities further enhance Gulfstream’s leading market edge, while empowering our teams to deliver greater entertainment to players directly at their slot machine.”
The venue is the first land-based casino property in the state of Florida to launch the new SYNKROS system, which is designed to deliver personalised rewards and bonus points among other exciting features for players.
Jay Bertsch of Konami Gaming shared his thoughts on the announcement and what it means for both companies:
“Gulfstream Park & Casino combines an array of entertainment under one roof, with an energy and excitement that is entirely unto its own. Konami is proud to partner alongside Gulfstream Park & Casino to take the patron experience to even further possibilities through SYNKROS’ top technology and robust reliability.”
As part of the new system, players will have the chance to qualify and compete in a range of slot tournaments with SYNKROS’ very own award-winning True-Time Tournaments, which delivers an array of themed tournament events.
