The world renowned Bally’s Las Vegas casino hotel in Las Vegas, owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment, has announced a re-opening date of 23rd July 2020 following a prolonged closure period due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The corporation has announced a resumption to operation of the property after it successfully reopened a selection of other casino properties; Paris Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas and Flamingo Las Vegas.
In addition, Caesars Entertainment has also revealed plans of resuming gaming activities at The LINQ Hotel + Experience and the gaming floor is now in operation for guests in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
Caesars Entertainment is taking a phased approach to resuming operations in many of the states in which it operates in the US. To meet customer demand, the firm is keeping an eye on other business operations within the country to ensure it not only meets customer demand as and when people are ready to return to casinos, but also regulatory requirements and any additional health and safety consideration.
Tony Rodio of Caesars Entertainment commented on the re-opening:
“We continue to see solid customer interest in visiting Las Vegas this summer and, as a result, we are pleased to announce the reopening of Bally’s Las Vegas – gaming, hotel, restaurants and other amenities – on July 23rd. We have capped hotel occupancy at our other reopened Las Vegas properties and believe that opening another casino resort, rather than increasing hotel occupancy caps, better supports our enhanced focus on health and safety at this time.”
