The Kindred Group has today revealed details of its continued expansion in the US as sportsbook and casino brand Unibet launches in Indiana – The Hoosier State – meaning the firm is now operating in its third state within the United states.
The betting and gaming operator is also active in Pennsylvania and New Jersey providing legal first class betting and gaming experiences to residents.
Kindred currently has a multi-state agreement with casino giant Caesars Entertainment and this latest expansion means the company has gained access to sports betting enthusiasts in Indiana.
Manuel Stan of Kindred commented on the news:
“After two very successful launches of the Unibet brand in the US, we are now excited to move forward with our agreement with Caesars Entertainment.
We look forward to introducing customers in Indiana to Unibet’s first-class online sportsbook to enjoy the great experience in a safe and secure environment.
To be able to launch our product just in time for the NHL and NBA season restart is very exciting. Indiana also represents Kindred’s first step into the Midwest, and we are expecting other states in the region to follow shortly.”
Christian Stuart of Caesars Entertainment’s sports and gaming arm Caesars Sports and Online Gaming added his thoughts to the mix and explained what this further-state expansion will mean:
“We look forward to Unibet’s success in Indiana and the incremental revenue stream it will provide our sportsbook business. Unibet’s launch comes at an exciting time for fans with the return of professional sports.”
Pala Interactive is the gaming platform provider that has been selected by Kindred to provide such casino services and Kambi will remain as the group’s preferred sports betting platform.
