Enlabs Acquires 54% Shares Of Global Gaming

It has been announced by gaming entertainment corporation Enlabs, also known as Entertainment Laboratories, that it has acquired 9,878,086 shares in Global Gaming Group, which increased its holding from 29.89% to 54.06% of all shares and votes in the company.

Global Gaming is a growing gaming operator with a strong foothold in the Nordic region who offers innovative, secure and high quality gaming services to B2B and B2C sites and their players through our proprietary platform.

It has also bee revealed that within the next 4 weeks, Enlabs will make a public offer to acquire the remaining shares in Global Gaming.

In Enlabs’ most recent public statement, George Ustinov spoke about the investment, strategy and milestone in the firms’ history:

“We see this as a strategic investment and important milestone in our development.

Enlabs and Global Gaming complement each other well as we both operate on the same markets in Finland and Estonia.

Global Gaming’s brand Ninja Casino is one of the best-known brands in the gaming industry and are pioneers of pay and play technology. This brand has unlimited international expansion potential.

Here, Enlabs brought to the table our proprietary gaming platform, variety of gaming licenses, regional sales know-how and our own sportsbook product. Jointly, we will strengthen our leadership position in the Baltic Sea region.”

Enlabs currently has offices in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Malta, Marbella, Minsk and Stockholm and employs around 200 people across international markets.

The firm operates a number of reputable brands within the industry, including Optibet and Best Poker.
