It has been announced that meetings and conventions are to return to the properties of MGM Resorts in Las Vegas and across the US following the introduction of new health and safety plans, which build on the firms existing Seven Point Safety Plan.

The new plans are designed to see the safe return of meetings and conventions providing they meet the regulations set out by local authorities and will include a ‘multi-layered’ health screening process that can deliver results in around twenty minutes for Coronavirus testing.

Bill Hornbuckle of MGM Resorts commented on the new plans:

“The health and safety of all who pass through our doors is our highest priority. Convene with Confidence represents the culmination of everything we’ve learned, cutting-edge technology and months of consultation with experts.

With this program, we are taking another step forward in safely providing a level of entertainment, amenities and service not seen since before the pandemic began.”
