Gibraltar Gambling License For Relax Gaming

Online casino developer and gambling aggregator Relax Gaming has today announced that it has been handed its B2B gambling license in Gibralter by the Licensing Authority.

The news has been welcomed with open arms by the firm who is continuing on its path for growth and expansion in key regulated markets across the world.

By receiving the license from the Gibraltar Licensing Authority, Relax Gaming will be able to further expand and extend its reach within the European gambling market and strike new deals with online casino operators within the UK among other regions.

Relax Gaming currently holds gambling licenses in other jurisdictions, including the UK Gambling Commission and MGA, and this latest license not only strengthens the firms reputation, but allows it to reach out across markets globally.

In addition, the licensing news also means that partners of Relax Gaming, such as Kalamba Games, Fantasma Games and 4ThePlayer, will benefit from a broader market reach and will see their games’ suites opened up to more consumers.

Tommi Maijala of Relax Gaming spoke out about the news:

“Securing approval from the Gibraltar Licensing Authority is a key pillar in our growth strategy and we are delighted that all our products and services have been fully certified by the regulator, providing us with new avenues to extend our reach and add significant value to our third-party suppliers.

The licence will allow us to push ahead at full speed in our core focus markets and progress deals with the industry’s biggest names.

With the landmark partnerships that are already in the pipeline, this next growth phase promises to rapidly expand our market reach.”

All gambling operations in Gibraltar require licensing under the Gambling Act 2005. Remote Gambling licences are issued by the Licensing Authority and the Gambling Commissioner is granted powers to ensure that licensees conduct their operations in accordance with their licenses and maintain the good reputation of Gibraltar.
