Online casino operator Dunder Casino has announced that it is exiting the UK gambling market and will do so by the end of October 2020.
Dunder, operated by Malta based MT SecureTrade Limited, is a four year old casino that was established by Swedish casino enthusiasts with the vision of providing a fun and hassle-free casino experience.
However, a statement has been released by the operator confirming to its player and media partners that it will be phasing down its activities within the United Kingdom effectively immediately and will cease British operations by the end of this month.
This announcement comes as a surprise and shock to many players and partners alike within the industry that have built up a relationship with the operator.
But Dunder has released a timetable for its UK operations closure and will be cutting ties with many partners, including affiliates of the brand.
As part of a goodwill gesture, the operator, which offered over 1600 casino games, is reducing its withdrawal limit to £3 GBP so that players can make a final withdrawal and close their accounts ahead of the closing date.
Players of the casino who fail to withdraw funds and close their account by the 30th October 2020 will see their membership disabled and terminated.
According to reports, Dunder has stated that its UK player registrations and deposits were no longer approved.
