Share Delisting Application From NetEnt

Today the Board of Directors of NetEnt AB has applied for delisting of the Company’s B-shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.

An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on December 17, 2020 in order to appoint a new Board of NetEnt, among other things. Evolution Gaming Group AB controls approximately 94 percent of the total shares in NetEnt.

On June 24, 2020, Evolution announced a public offer to the shareholders of NetEnt AB Evolution today declared the offer unconditional.

Evolution controls approximately 94 percent of the total shares in NetEnt and intends to initiate a compulsory redemption of the remaining shares.

Based on the information above, and at the request of Evolution, the Board of NetEnt has applied for delisting of the Company’s B-shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.

The last day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm will be announced as soon as such a date has been decided and communicated to the Company by Nasdaq Stockholm.

At the request of Evolution, an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in NetEnt will be held on December 17, 2020, in order to appoint a new Board of NetEnt, among other things.
