NetEnt Shares To Be Delisted From Nasdaq Stockholm This Month

Gaming giant NetEnt has today announced that its shares are to be delisted from the stock exchange in Sweden; Nasdaq Stockholm, following the acquisition of the company by Evolution gaming firm.

The decision has been made by Nasdaq Stockholm that will see NetEnt’s B-shares delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm later this month.

According to reports, the last day of trading will be the 16th December 2020.

Delisting of shares is the removal from the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange in which the corporations shares are traded.

There are a number of reasons why a firm delists shares and could include a company ceasing operation, merging or not meeting the requirements to be listed.

In this scenario the news comes following the take over of NetEnt by Evolution.
