Affiliates and partners, both individuals and companies, have showed concern regarding the future of their relationship with one of the largest gaming corporations in the world; GVC Group following the rebrand announcement last month to Entain.
The announcement means that GVC Affiliates will become Entain Partners and according to reports, the company wants to start a revolution in the gaming industry.
The revolution is aimed at changing the face of gambling and combines technology and entertainment, to create exciting products and experiences that push the boundaries and protect casino players like never before.
The company has stated that it has the power to make this happen and are not afraid to do it.
However, the notice of transformation commits to overhauling the sector for its players, its own company and the good of entertainment, leaving affiliates and partners unsure of their future with the brand.
Over the last few years, GVC Affiliates has been the go-to platform for individuals and companies looking to promote operator brands in the betting, bingo and gaming sectors, but with no specific information or finer details, partners are concerned how the change will affect them.
Reportedly, the company has revealed that nothing will be changed on the side of its partners and that marketing materials and Uniform Resource Locator’s will be automatically updated.
At present, the only noticeable difference affiliates will see is that in order to obtain statistics and tracking materials, they will be required to login via Entain Partners platform instead of GVC Affiliates.
Furthermore, the corporation, which represents some of the biggest names in online gambling, including bwin, partypoker, Ladbrokes, PartyCasino, Coral, Sportingbet and Foxy Bingo among others, has said that it will continue to work ‘relentlessly’ with affiliates and partners to achieve its ‘new strategy’ and ‘vision’ that it has set out.
