Independent gambling software provider and casino operator BOSS. Gaming Solutions has struck a partnership deal with casino player retention and reactivation company Enteractive.

The deal will see the technology firm provide its (Re)Activation services to BOSS. Gaming to boost player acquisition and retention along with deposits to operator brands Bootlegger Casino and Boss Casino.

Powered by personal human interaction, Enteractive combines its sophisticated technology platform with engaging one to one conversation to improve player satisfaction and operator revenue.

Regulated gambling markets where players reside, including: the Netherlands, Norway, Canada, Finland and Germany.

Enteractive founder and CEO Mikael Hansson commented on the partnership and why its services are specialised:
