One of the leading online payment processors used in gambling transactions; Neteller, has announced a fee update of its service.
The payment provider, which is an e-money transfer service used to transfer money to and from merchants, such as online casinos and poker rooms, has contacted its users to inform them that they are making changes to some of the Neteller fees from next year.
Anyone looking to withdraw funds from Neteller to Skrill, the digital wallet provider that enables a range of online payments, will be subject to a 3.49% per transaction fee.
As of the 22nd February 2021, the new fee update will apply, meaning that any users that have funds in their Neteller account, which they intend to withdraw to Skrill, will be charged the fee in accordance with the new payment terms.
The announcement from Neteller was made to customers via email and a public service message has been added to the fee section of the website here.
