SportCaller Acquired by Bally's Corporation

It has been revealed today that provider of free to play prediction games brand SportCaller has been acquired by Bally’s Corporation, otherwise known as Bally’s, the Rhode Island based casino and racetrack operator.

The acquisition of the leading provider of bespoke games, prediction games and quizzes, will allow the gaming giant to continue its expansion plans and further enhance its presence in a number of regulated gaming markets around the world.

Currently, many of SportCaller’s innovative games are live and online at a number of leading gambling operator sites from companies such as Kindred brands, GVC websites and FanDuel among others.

President and chief executive officer of Bally’s Corporation George Papanier said:

I am delighted to welcome SportCaller to Bally’s Interactive alongside Bet.Works and Monkey Knife Fight.

F2P products represent a core component of our interactive strategy to drive user acquisition to Bally’s ecosystem.

SportCaller offers unique products and I am confident that its pioneering platform and deep international expertise will significantly contribute to our growing interactive platforms.

One of the primary benefits of this deal will allow greater exposure of the Bally’s brand and products along with assisting its interactive strategy for growth and customer acquisition.

The free to play prediction platform is unique and offers an innovative channel of gaming and sports that will not only boost mobile reach, but also offer increased customer engagement and retention tools.

Innovative prediction game formats are designed to enhance operator brands, including parent corporations, and include a variety of different offerings, such as head to head, outright betting, correct score predictions, winning margin and correct order in horse racing.

Winning margin is a game format that is particularly popular in the United States on sports such as American football, for fixtures in the national football league.
