It has been announced today that leading sports betting and gaming firm in the US BetMGM, has partnered with restaurant and sports bar franchise Buffalo Wild Wings, to launch a new geolocation sports betting experience.
In an industry first arrangement, sports fans will be able to bet on sporting events from the BetMGM mobile app when inside a Buffalo Wild Wings venue in a number of US states, including New Jersey, West Virginia, Colorado and Indiana among others.
The new geolocation sports betting facility will provide guests inside each physical restaurant or sports bar with customised promotions and betting types that specific to the local region.
According to reports, sports betting enthusiasts will be able to potentially win larger amounts of cash on selected betting markets when inside a Buffalo Wild Wings premises and will be effective immediately at restaurants and sports bars that are open to the public.
In addition, by laying the foundations of such arrangement, the two companies can work together to expand and grow as more and more US states legalise sports betting.
Furthermore, sports betting is gaining serious pace in the United States and the momentum shows no signs of being curbed. With that said, BetMGM and Buffalo Wild Wings are ready to grow and expand their footprint across the country and build on the existing agreement so that more sports fans have access to more sports betting experiences.
Additionally, a new television channel will be broadcast inside bars and restaurants that will allow guests to watch screens with sports betting content on.
Sports content that will be broadcast on screens inside each venue will include the latest odds on live games along with sports betting advice and fantasy sports guidance.
Blazin Bets is a new betting facility launched by BetMGM that will provide mobile betting exclusives, which can be delivered to guest devices for a range of bet boosts and parlays.
This partnership is being branded groundbreaking and paves the way for revolutionary technology and betting experiences that is otherwise unheard of.
