It has been announced today that leading casino content provider Oryx Gaming, a Bragg Gaming company brand, has entered the lucrative UK gambling market via a deal struck with long-serving operator 888casino.
The deal represents serious growth and expansion for the provider, which currently leads the way for many in the online gaming industry as a content creator and game aggregator.
Oryx Gaming currently develops and houses a series of its own casino games, such as Golden Dunes, Sceptre of Cleo and Kings and Jewels, along with supplying high quality content from Kalamba Games, Arcadem, Golden Hero and Peter and Sons among other developers.
Effective immediately, the games provider has opened up its portfolio to 888casino to integrate a selection of quality casino games that will be made available to the operator’s players today.
For the first time in the brand’s history, the firm has made quick progress in expanding in to the online gaming market in the United Kingdom, a move that has taken place weeks after receiving its gaming license for the popular gambling nation.
As part of the deal, 888casino has integrated a range of online casino games from Oryx Gaming and Gamomat – the providers in-house gaming developer.
Additionally, Bragg Gaming is close to finalising Atomic Slot Lab, its own game development studio that will be launching with the debut title Egyptian Magic, which will also be made available to customers of the casino operator.
Bragg Gaming currently has a long partnership history of working with gaming giant 888 and this move marks a significant milestone in increasing audience reach in major gambling markets, alongside other existing deals across Europe.
According to reports, now that Oryx Gaming has obtained its supplier license for the UK, it will look to strike partnerships with other operator brands to capitalise on the popularity and demand of one of the world’s biggest regulated online gambling markets.
In addition, it is estimated that the online gaming market in the UK is worth approximately £7 billion a year.
Talya Benyamini of 888 commented on the partnership extension and outlined what it means for the operators UK customers:
We are excited to expand our partnership with ORYX Gaming. By offering a selection of its exclusive, dynamic titles on our UK casino platform, we are able to provide more entertaining ways to play for our customers which aligns with our content and product leadership strategy. We look to forward building on this partnership.
Chris Looney of Bragg Gaming also shared his comments on the deal and why it was made:
The UK offers a substantial opportunity for Bragg to continue to grow its share in regulated global iGaming markets and we are thrilled to partner with 888, an already valued partner and one of the leading online betting and companies, for the launch of our content in the region.
Through 888casino’s extensive customer base in the UK we will be able to introduce our content to a wide range of players and bring a new level of excitement and entertainment to the market.
The partnership between Oryx Gaming and 888casino is the latest major deal to be struck following the successful agreement just weeks after signing with Grand Casino Baden for supplying a series of online casino games in the Swiss market.
