Stagecoach Hotel & Casino situated in Beatty, near Las Vegas, has agreed a casino management deal with Table Trac for its innovative CasinoTrac product.
The deal will see the casino, which boasts an impressive selection of slot machines and table games, along with housing 80 hotel rooms, integrate CasinoTrac for the day-to-day managing of its casino floor, utilising an array of features from the product, including revenue audits and rewards offer generator.
CasinoTrac is a sophisticated product offering that is already in use with many southern Nevada casino properties and is designed to assist with not only management of daily operations and activities, but also customer enhancement and engagement increases.
According to reports, the decision to integrate the system at the casino, which opened back in 1983, was made quickly and Table Trac was able to implement the innovative product efficiently and effectively.
In addition to assisting casino staff with floor operations, this product is expected to introduce a series of features and enhancements to players that will provide a personalised interface with real-time ratings and rewards.
By implementing CasinoTrac, the Stagecoach Hotel & Casino will also benefit from real-time monitoring and reporting to assist with growth projections and forward-planning, along with finding out exactly which players and games are producing the best results for the casino.
