Infor Hospitality to provide property management system to Seven Feathers Casino

It has been announced today that Infor Hospitality has partnered with Seven Feathers Casino Resort to provide its state of the art property management system to assist with streamlining its day-to-day operations and enhance customer experiences.

The casino resort, situated in Canyonville Oregon, is set to replace its existing hardware and software for the new innovative solution provided by Infor Hospitality – a specialist in cloud based solutions for casino and hotel resorts.

In light of the hospitality industry making a recovery following the prolonged downtime and disruption due to Covid-19, Seven Feathers Casino felt that now was the right time to modernise its operations and bring in a scalable technology solution that provides customer support, a user-friendly interface and industry features.

Seven Feathers Casino is currently ranked in the Pacific Northwest top 20 and is a fast growing casino resort with a spa, RV facilities and ‘Nevada-style gaming’ among other amenities.

The casino floor currently provides guests with a diverse range of quality games to play from slot machines and table games to bingo and keno.

Table games are highly popular at the property and consist of roulette, blackjack, craps and poker variants.

According to reports, this partnership was formed in part due to the wide array of features and benefits of Infor Hospitality’s property management system, including security and efficiency, and will help the casino resort staff and guests from the moment they check-in through to depature.
