New loyalty programme MGM Rewards set to launch in February 2022

MGM Resorts International, one of the largest casino and hospitality operators in the United States, has today announced that it will rebranding and launching its new customer loyalty programme MGM Rewards on the 1st February 2022.

The new programme has been revised and revamped to cater for all types of player and guest across both gaming and non-gaming memberships, with rewards being made available for dining and entertainment services.

This programme is designed to be a more inclusive package for all customers of MGM and will be rolled out across all of the operators establishments, which include more than twenty locations across the US.

In addition to the revamped, inclusive programme, any member who opts to play any slot game will also have the chance to earn slot dollars, which will work in conjunction with the existing tiered system that is in place and will remain unchanged.

MGM Resorts is also providing a smart integration with BetMGM, the operator’s digital offering for betting and gaming that will unlock even greater rewards for players.

According to reports, the new revised loyalty programme is set to bring about an array of new benefits for members across the US, including tiered multiplier promotions, redeemable points for hotel stays and experiences, simplified digital experience and rewards on land, sea and in the air.

Some of MGM Resorts’ properties include some of the most prestigious venues in the United States and are highly popular for their premium services and experiences across the hospitality sector, including hotel reservations and casino gaming.

Properties that will be part of the new loyalty programme include Bellagio, MGM Grand, Borgata and MGM National Harbor among others.
