Leading online gaming operator Kaizen Gaming has announced that it has agreed a new deal with retention company Enteractive for its reactivation services.

The two companies formed a partnership last year focusing on the Romanian market, which this new deal builds upon.

Lapsed and inactive player accounts in Brazil, Germany and Portugal is the primary aim of the agreement, which covers the key target jurisdictions for reactivating accounts and increasing overall player retention.

Kaizen Gaming is one of the leading online gambling operators in Europe and the firm is looking to use this latest partnership extensions as a stepping-stone for optimising revenue generation from active markets.

Native-speaking sales agents are just one of the interactive methods that Enteractive use for improving retention numbers and boosting reactivations on dormant player accounts.

Having already worked together in the past, this mutually beneficial partnership extension brings a personalised approach to a modern problem and is proven to re-engage current and past players that have been inactive at a particular casino site.
