Kings Entertainment lottery to casino transition strategy showing 'very positive' signals

Online lotto entertainment and operating company, Kings Entertainment, has today shared insights about its operations so far this year as the firm praises its lottery to casino customer transition strategy in which it has shown ‘very positive’ signals.

The company currently operates LottoKings and WinTrillions brands and is an international provider of lottery services, along with online casino and sports betting facilities.

Over the past couple of months, the brand has experienced an increase in new player registrations and growth in the number and size of depositing customers at its front-end sites, along with continued growth in its casino segments.

According to reports, in February, Kings Entertainment was able to leverage capital to embark on a new marketing campaign that was geared towards drawing in new depositing players, in which the firm has hailed as a success.

The operator was able to boost customer registrations by more than 130 percent at the start of the new year and achieve almost 15,500 players in total signing up to partake in online gambling.

Additionally, LottoKings, which is one of the operators flagship brands, increased revenue by around thirty percent last month compared with January 2022.

One of the core aims of Kings Entertainment’s new marketing strategy was to increase casino revenue, a goal that the operator was able to achieve, whereby its live casino offering saw a boost in active players by more than ten percent.

What’s more, February was a particularly positive month for casino vertical revenue, in which figures were up some thirty-six percent to more than $118k compared with the previous month.

Steve Budin of Kings Entertainment commented on the strategy and results so far this year:

The success of these marketing campaigns will be instrumental to our revenue strategy this fiscal year.

While the lack of significant jackpots in February dampened overall demand for lottery, the increase in both active casino players and casino revenue is a very positive signal that our strategy of transitioning our strong lottery base to the casino vertical is working.

As we continue to sign up customers in increasing numbers and grow our number of active casino players, these customers will form a strong foundation for long term revenue growth.
