3 Oaks Gaming issued Isle of Man license

It has been announced today that 3 Oaks Gaming, owned and operated by Green Rock Limited, has been issued an IOM OGRA Software Supplier licence by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, or GSC for short.

By obtaining the software supplier license, the iGaming developer will be able to form new partnerships with both B2B and B2C gaming companies in the jurisdiction.

As part of the move to obtain a license, assisted by Amber Gaming, 3 Oaks Gaming will broaden its customer reach and distribute its existing games catalogue to new licensed operators and players in the region.

Additionally, the new license allows the games provider, known for its innovative titles such as Scarab Riches, Olympian Gods and Dragon Pearls among others, to integrate its suite of marketing and promotional tools as part of operator link-ups.

According to reports, the games provider sees this move as a huge milestone as it looks to present its innovative offerings in regulated jurisdictions, along with reinforcing the developers commitment to provide reputable and robust experiences to the industry.

In addition to reaffirming the goal of becoming a leading content provider to the iGaming industry, 3 Oaks Gaming will use this move to not only expand its presence locally, but increase its overall footprint on the international stage.

Along with the Isle of Man, the iGaming distributor will also look to secure licenses in other key regions across the globe, including Malta, Colombia and Sweden among others.

Sebastian Damian of 3 Oaks Gaming commented on the news:

We are incredibly proud of this achievement as we look to deliver high-quality, innovative and exciting casino gaming content to regulated jurisdictions worldwide.

We selected the Isle of Man due to the strong reputation of the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and its robust licensing process, which provides the perfect foundation to engineer our expansion into regulated markets.

Our aim is to become a leading content distributor within the global regulated online gaming sector, and we are excited to begin our journey as we expand our international footprint over the coming months.

Tony Ure of Digital Isle of Man also commented on the new licensee and what it means for the region:

It is a pleasure to welcome 3 Oaks Gaming to the Island. Ensuring that the Island has a supportive ecosystem for gaming companies to operate their business, whilst maintaining our reputation as a highly regulated jurisdiction that prides itself on player protection is key to continuing the growth of this sector on the Isle of Man. I wish 3 Oaks Gaming every success with their future ventures.

Assisted by Amber Gaming, Jade Zorab also shared comments of what this means for the games provider going forward:

We are proud to have supported 3 Oaks Gaming through the software licensing process and excited that they are now able to take the next step towards global growth.

It is a testament to the advantages of the Isle of Man software licence to have attracted an applicant of this calibre and we are looking forward to continuing our partnership with 3 Oaks Gaming moving forward.
