Betway extends partnership with GiG in Africa

Leading online gambling operator, Betway, owned and operated by Super Group, has today extended its existing partnership with Gaming Innovation Group, also known as GiG in Africa.

The partnership extension sees the operator undertake GiG Comply, the providers automated marketing compliance tool, for its African operations.

The compliance platform is a self service solution that assists operators with their marketing activities and is customisable to suit the needs and preferences of businesses.

Additionally, the tailored service is able to cover specific legislation in different gaming markets around the world, to ensure that operators are meeting the criteria and protocols around advertising standards, including affiliated partners.

Part of the tools primary function is to not only ensure that operators are compliant in active markets, but also that partner companies are aligned with the firms marketing ethos, through digital channels, including social media among other platforms and outlets.

As part of the partnership extension, Betway will utilise GiG Comply to create a bespoke checklist of criteria, featuring specific parameters, which will then be used to analyse thousands of website pages and cross-reference a series of links, content and code-red words within the iGaming industry to ensure that regulatory requirements are being met.

Furthermore, the operator will not only streamline this checking process, but also be able to show that they are proactive in their online marketing activities.

What’s more, the firm will have peace of mind and confidence to know that affiliate partners are inline with the operators marketing good practices and that they are also ensuring responsible gaming measures are in place, including the use of content and terms and conditions.
