According to a popular blog for everything Las-vegas related, stated that the eventual sale of the property might be on the way. Vital Vegas in their last night tweet said that there has been information that room service for the entire off strip resort is now to end soon at 11:00 pm daily. “Chatter Out of Rio is room service for entire resort will soon end at 11:00 p.m. Daily. And also hear a good portion of Butler staff at palazzo villa suites to be laid off next week and kitchen to be shut down. We vote for further indication of sale”.
This is what that was tweeted by Vital Vegas.
Caesars was “highly motivated” to sell its off strip hotel and Casino resort that three viable suitors have been circling it.
According to another report, the sale of the rio would result in the move of the annual WSOP poker festival to move it to a new place or new venue.
