As a part of the gambling expansion both racinos Oaklawn Racing & Gaming in Hot Springs and Southland Park Gaming and Racing in West Memphis -owned and operated by Delaware North – got their casino licenses.

Earlier this week Delaware North filed a lawsuit against their erstwhile gaming partner Miomni for breach of contract.
