Dutch gambling monopoly holland casino has partnered with global B2C marketing automation firm Selligent Marketing Cloud in its bid to improve customer experience and enhance customer engagement.
The gambling operator had been working on delivering tailored services to its customers and was looking for a platform that would allow them to push their efforts in delivering better customer experience.

Holland Casino operates 14 land-based casino gambling facilities across the country. The properties witness over f 1.1m visitors annually.

Earlier this year in May, the Dutch government canceled its plans to privatize the Holland Casino. While the government had plans to privatize the casino, the Senate has voted against the plan. The government could not get the necessary support in the Dutch Senate.
