In the Gaming industry they say skill based games or video games gambling are the waves in the future of gaming.
At the Global Gaming Expo is filled with games featuring variations on famous video games like Pac-Man and app games like Cut the Rope 2.
“One of the things for us is to make fun video games people already know and turn into experiences that you can wager on” Darion Lowenstein said.
“We play classic Pac-Mac eat pellets,” Lowenstein said. “The rules are simple. The last Pac Man standing gets the cash-pot prize”.
“A big part of it isn’t about it being easy or difficult it is easy about being fun and achievable,” Blain Graboyes with GameCo said. “It is the balance between anxiety and boredom. So you don’t want to make it too hard because you are anxious but you don’t want to make it too easy where you are bored”.
“We want to make it where the first 3 to 5 shots you understand the mechanic and are having fun” Graboyes said.
There are a plenty of competition in the skill based gaming market most would agree. It is easier way to draw the younger gamblers into the Casino.
“New Dollars you wouldn’t have captured any other way and that is what our industry needs. We need new players and new dollars and what that takes in innovative new products,” Graboyes said.
