Following suit was Body Gaming, owned and operated by the Valley Forge Casino Resort. The casino saw an 11.58 percent uptick in the gambling revenue in May. It posted $8,867,509.89 in revenue for May while for the last year the casino had generated only $7,947,054.14.

Pennsylvania is all set to launch online gambling; however, in a recent development, casinos in Pennsylvania have sought an injunction to stop ilottery games from offering services which are similar to slot-style gambling.

The lawsuit against the lottery games that resemble slot games is because the casinos fear that it could hamper their revenues from online gaming services.

The lawsuit has based its arguments on the premises that according to the current gambling regulations in the state, lotteries offering “games which simulate casino-style lottery games, specifically including roulette, poker, slot machines or blackjack,” are not authorized.
