According to the deal, AMGO will have the ownership of the online casino brand across all markets as it would be on July 1, 2019.
The entire deal has been finalized for €1 million in cash and €1 million in newly issued AMGO shares at SEK1.0 (10,750,000 new shares). The company has also said that purchasing Jetbull would lead to 20 new job creations at its offices in Denmark, Latvia, and Malta.
Jetbull brand first hit the market in 2007. It was also one of the first online casinos launched on the EveryMatrix platform. Currently, the online casino has a user base of 600,000 registered players, which makes it the largest online casino on the EveryMatrix platform.
The online casino brand has a license from Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, and Denmark’s Spillemyndigheden. Also, as a part of the deal, the brand will continue operations with the same licenses post-acquisition.
Talking about the Jetbull acquisition deal, EveryMatrix founder and CEO Ebbe Groes said: “The deal enables the group to “focus exclusively on our role as a software service supplier. AMGO has the right setup for operation multi-brands in different jurisdictions, and we are sure that we will see a huge increase in Jetbull as a strong brand in regulated markets.”
